An Opportunity for Insight and Lasting Change
Sometimes the patterns we repeat are just old rules we forgot we could rewrite
My practice centers on helping people gain insight when they feel stuck, struggle with difficulties, experience uncomfortable reactions, or want to understand why they keep repeating certain patterns.
Through hypnosis, I help clients connect with parts of themselves that may hold outdated notions they are ready to release or offer new insights and perspectives they are ready to embrace.
By shifting our focus inward, we can see our inner motivations.
Thoughts, emotions, body sensations, memories, beliefs, expectations, and past experiences can all influence how we see ourselves and interact with others.
Using hypnosis to focus inward can help us recognize what's happening beneath the surface. We can address our relationship with ourselves and the world, and access possibilities for lasting change.

Internal dialogues can bring us down or help us rise
I work with a variety of personal issues that fall into five main areas of focus:
Shifting Internal Resistance & Breaking Repeated Patterns: Uncovering and addressing the underlying reasons why we delay, avoid, or stand in the way of our achievements. We will navigate procrastination, perfectionism, or creative blocks.
Resolving Inner Conflict: Creating a bridge when we feel pulled in different directions, struggle with major life choices, and deal with decision fatigue. Accessing parts of us that may keep us stuck and stop us from moving forward.
Cultivating Self-Acceptance: Transforming internal narratives to strengthen confidence, deepen self-worth, set healthy boundaries, and build a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.
System Regulation: Bridging the mind-body connection to bring calm and balance when experiencing stress, anxiety, phobias, or general overwhelm.
Subconscious & Spiritual Exploration: Venturing into deeper, more symbolic spaces for those navigating dreams or life transitions, exploring past life regression, experiencing a spiritual awakening, or seeking integration.
You may know exactly what you want to address in a session, or you may be uncertain about what's bothering you or what you want to change. Knowing you want something to be different in your life is enough to begin.

It’s the journey that takes us where we want to be
We take a holistic approach, exploring what you're experiencing and addressing what arises in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
I don't always know where a session will take us. Sometimes the most interesting discoveries happen when we approach the experience with curiosity, openness, and a little play. What we uncover may offer new ways of understanding ourselves and open up possibilities we hadn't considered.
You don’t have to do this alone
Whether you have a specific goal, a busy mind, feel stuck, or don’t know where to start, our intake conversation will help us find a place to begin your session.
Subconscious Exploration: During hypnosis, we will work with the subconscious using transpersonal dialogue, inner-child work, parts work, visualization, or somatic bodywork to explore and address what arises. Curious about hypnosis? Learn about what to expect during a session.
Integration: After a session, you may want time to reflect on the experience before deciding your next move, or you may choose to schedule a follow-up appointment before you leave.
Your Pace, Your Control: Sessions are scheduled in ways that honor your individual process while accommodating your schedule and budget. You don’t have to commit to a package of appointments or a set number of sessions. You decide when you want to return, whether that is weekly, every other week, once a month, or occasionally when something specific comes up.
