While you are seated or lying down, I’ll guide you through Progressive Relaxation and gentle deepening to support a comfortable, focused state.

Guided Exploration
From there, we’ll begin focusing on the connection you’re working to release. You will be invited to visualize the connection between you and the person, place, or experience. We’ll focus on what no longer feels supportive, while paying attention to your emotional and physical responses, as well as any thoughts, beliefs, or patterns that arise.

Symbolic Release
You’ll then be guided to release the connection using imagery or symbolic actions that feel natural to you. This process is done at a pace that feels manageable and respectful, allowing for acknowledgment, resolution, and integration.

Conclusion and Integration
We’ll gently bring the session to a close, then take time to talk through your experience and any insights or questions you may have.
