Overview

Conversation-based support is a chat-based session, similar to coaching, where we talk through what you’re dealing with in a focused, intentional way. I will ask questions, reflect back what I’m hearing, and help you clarify your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.

These aren’t just casual conversations. The aim is to bring attention to the issue and focus on what feels unclear, overwhelming, or hard to sort through on your own. I help you see what’s already there so you can come to your own understanding.

This work is best for those who prefer conversation-based sessions and for clients who want ongoing support alongside or after the need for traditional hypnosis.

Why People Seek Conversation-Based Support

People often seek conversation-based support sessions because they are:

  • Unsure or uninterested in a hypnosis session but still want clarity

  • Feeling stuck or conflicted

  • Navigating decisions or life transitions

  • Strengthening self-trust

  • Looking for direction

  • Processing emotional complexity

  • Creating change

What to Expect During a Conversation-Based Support Session

Opening Conversation
We’ll start by talking through your intentions and any questions you may have. This helps make sure the session is aligned with you.

Exploration and Inquiry
From there, we will explore your thoughts or feelings surrounding intention, paying close attention to any patterns that show up.

Supportive Techniques
When helpful, I may incorporate mindfulness, body awareness, visualization, or symbolic exploration to deepen insight or gently explore areas of resistance if they arise.

Conclusion and Integration
We’ll wrap up by looking at what stood out, clarify any next steps, or discuss ways to support integration between sessions.

Potential Benefits

Through conversation, people often start to see things more clearly and understand what’s going on underneath their situation. This may happen quickly or over time as your awareness deepens and patterns become more visible.

  • Greater clarity and perspective

  • Increased self-trust

  • Better awareness of internal patterns

  • Emotional attunement

  • Clearer decision-making

  • Stronger personal boundaries

Understanding My Approach

My Role as Facilitator
I’m not here to tell you what to do or give you answers. I ask questions, reflect what I’m hearing, and help you look at what’s going on so you can come to your own understanding.

The Role of the Body
Sometimes what you’re feeling physically, tension, discomfort, or emotional reactions, can point to something important. Paying attention to your body’s signals can strengthen intuition and discernment.

The Role of the Mind
We look at both what you’re thinking and what you’re feeling, and how those interact. Sometimes things make more sense when you see them from different angles or perspectives.

What I Bring to the Work
I bring attention, careful listening, and the ability to sit with things without rushing to fix them. I pay attention to patterns and details as they come up.
