Overview
Intuitive Coaching supports clarity and self-awareness through thoughtful conversation and presence. Through mindful inquiry, you are invited to explore how your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, instincts, and belief patterns interact and shape your experience.
This work supports you by helping you slow down, listen inwardly, and recognize what is already present. Together, we will examine what feels conflicted, stuck, or unclear so you can make decisions that align with your values and lived experience.
This approach is well suited for those who prefer conversation-based work, are facing decisions, moving through life transitions, or want ongoing support alongside hypnosis.

Understanding My Approach
Facilitator, Not Advisor
My role is not to tell you what to do or provide solutions. I support you in accessing your own insight through thoughtful, non-leading questions and reflective dialogue.
The Role of the Body
Your body often holds information before the mind has words for it. Sensations, tension, or emotional responses can signal clarity, resistance, or internal conflict. Through openness and observation, we explore what the body is communicating.
The Role of the Mind
Intuitive coaching brings logic and intuition into conversation. We work with both analytical thinking and imaginative insight to explore possibilities, examine perspectives, and bring clarity to internal narratives that may not be immediately accessible through logic alone.
What I Bring to the Work
Deep presence, careful listening, and an ability to hold complexity without rushing resolution. I balance intuition with logic and attend to both patterns and details as they arise.

Conclusion and Integration
We’ll close with reflection, clarify next steps, or discuss ways to support integration between sessions.
