Overview

In Hindu and yogic traditions, chakras are conceptual energetic focal points associated with physical, emotional, and instinctual aspects of experience. Bringing awareness to these areas through meditation or focused attention can support states of calm and well-being.

In a Chakra Balancing session, we work with each chakra through hypnosis and visualization to notice where tension, discomfort, or imbalance may be present. These experiences may show up as physical sensations, emotional responses, or a general sense of unease. Through guided imagery and somatic awareness, we support resolution and balance within each area, promoting a greater sense of harmony throughout the system.

This session is well-suited for those seeking a comprehensive mind–body rebalancing.

Understanding My Approach

Facilitator, Not Healer
I am a facilitator of the process. My role is to gently guide you in examining the physical, mental, and emotional aspects associated with each chakra, supporting visualization and somatic exploration to restore a sense of balance.

The Body–Mind Connection
Chakra work centers on the mind–body connection. Each chakra location and its associations invite awareness of balance or imbalance within your experience. By working systematically, we support shifts in the thoughts and beliefs that may keep areas of the body in a stressed or resistant state, allowing space for softening and a greater sense of ease.

The Role of Imagination
Imagination and visualization support chakra work by offering a symbolic way to engage with internal experience. Through guided imagery, you are invited to visualize balance and the movement of energy in a way that feels accessible and contained.


What to Expect During a Chakra Balancing Session

Pre-Session Discussion
We’ll begin by discussing what you’d like to focus on during the session and addressing any questions you may have. This helps clarify intention and ensures the process feels aligned.

Relaxation Induction
While you are seated or lying down, I’ll guide you through a gentle relaxation process and deepening techniques to support a calm, inwardly focused state.

Balancing the Chakras
We’ll work with each chakra sequentially, beginning at the root and moving upward. Using physical sensations, emotional responses, or thoughts as cues, we’ll notice where imbalance or tension may be present. Through guided imagery, attention is given to restoring balance and supporting ease before moving to the next area. Once all seven chakras have been addressed, I’ll guide you in visualizing a sense of cohesion across the system.

Additional Support
If needed, I may incorporate additional hypnosis techniques to support release or work gently with areas of resistance.

We’ll close by supporting integration and addressing any questions before concluding the session.
