Overview

In a chakra balancing session, we use hypnosis to explore areas of imbalance within the seven chakras* of the body. These imbalances may show up as physical sensations like tension or tightness, emotional responses such as anger or sadness, or a general sense of feeling blocked or uneasy. Through the body–mind connection, we work with these responses to support resolution and balance within each area, allowing for a more integrated and grounded sense of well-being. This is a comprehensive mind–body session focused on restoring balance.

*In Hindu and yogic traditions, chakras are conceptual energetic focal points associated with physical and emotional well-being. Bringing awareness to these areas through meditation or focused attention can support states of calm and regulation

What to Expect During a Chakra Balancing Session

Opening Conversation
We’ll start by discussing chakras and any areas of focus you feel may need attention. We’ll also address any questions you may have to help clarify intention and ensure the session feels aligned.

Relaxation Induction
While you are seated or lying down, I’ll guide you through Progressive Relaxation and gentle deepening to support a comfortable, focused state.

Balancing the Chakras
From there, we’ll work with each chakra sequentially, starting at the root and moving upward through the body to the crown of the head. Using physical sensations, emotional responses, or thoughts as cues, we’ll explore any imbalance or tension that may be present. Through inquiry and guided imagery, we’ll support a sense of balance and calm before moving to the next area. Once all seven chakras have been addressed, you may be guided to notice a sense of cohesion across your system.

Conclusion and Review
We’ll gently bring the session to a close, then take time to talk through your experience and any insights or questions you may have.

Understanding My Approach

Facilitator Role
As your facilitator, my role is to gently guide you in exploring the physical, mental, and emotional aspects associated with each chakra. This supports awareness of where balance or imbalance may be present and allows the process to unfold in a way that feels manageable and aligned.

The Body–Mind Connection
Chakra work centers on the mind–body connection. Each chakra location and its associations invite awareness of balance or imbalance within your body and mind. By working systematically, we support shifts in the thoughts and beliefs that may be connected to tension or resistance, allowing space for softening and a greater sense of ease.

The Role of Imagination
Imagination and visualization support chakra work by offering a symbolic way to engage with internal experience. Through guided imagery, you may be invited to notice balance or movement in a way that feels accessible and contained.
