A Clarity Session is designed for times when you feel stuck, uncertain, or caught between competing choices. This integrative session combines intuitive coaching and hypnosis to work with both conscious awareness and deeper internal patterns, supporting clarity and emotional alignment.
Through conversation and inquiry, we engage the conscious mind to gain perspective and clarify what feels most important. Through hypnosis, we work with the subconscious to explore resistance, soften emotional charge, and bring awareness to patterns or beliefs that may be influencing decision-making.
Rather than telling you what to do, this process supports you in reconnecting with your own inner guidance. Clarity Sessions are well-suited for navigating relationship decisions, career crossroads, life transitions, or any situation where insight feels difficult to access.

Supporting Discernment, Not Direction
My role is not to tell you what to do. I offer thoughtful, non-leading questions and guided exploration to support you in accessing your own discernment. Resolution is allowed to emerge from within, rather than being driven by external pressure or analysis alone.
The Body–Mind Connection
The body often registers clarity, hesitation, or conflict early in the decision-making process. Sensations, tension, or emotional responses may signal a clear “yes” or “no” as well as deeper questions or meanings. We work with these somatic signals as part of the clarity process, allowing them to inform understanding rather than override it.

We’ll begin by clarifying what you want to explore. This may be a difficult decision, an unresolved situation, or a sense of internal conflict. We’ll take time to align and focus on what feels most relevant.
Guided Exploration
Through conversation and reflective inquiry, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, somatic responses, and internal narratives are interacting around the issue. This phase helps bring awareness to competing values, resistance, or assumptions that may be influencing your perspective.
Integrative Hypnosis Work
We take what emerges through exploration and use hypnosis to support a deeper focus. By working with subconscious patterns and beliefs, we can reduce mental noise, soften emotional charge, and gently explore areas of resistance. This process supports discernment by helping you access clarity, balance, and a firmer sense of self-trust.
