I established Kris Krueger Hypnosis to assist others through conversation, mindfulness, and hypnosis in a way that empowers them. To help them get unstuck and access the wisdom they hold within themselves.

The foundation of my practice is the belief that inside of us is every answer to every hardship we experience. Hypnosis is one of the most powerful tools to access this information, and when received and implemented, we can change our lives.

As a hypnotist, I create a safe space, facilitate the process, help my clients release resistance, and connect them to their imagination and inner world, and in doing so, connect them to their truth, guidance, and inner knowing to gain wisdom and healing through the experience.

I emphasize the body-mind connection in all aspects of my work and access the emotional body as a gateway to healing. I am skilled in transpersonal, energetic, and spiritual hypnosis practices.
